We brewed a Dunkles Bock (or is it an English Bock?) using an all-English grain and hop bill, pitched a traditional German lager yeast and then gave it a 3 month cold rest. The result is a beautifully rich, malt-forward lager beer that drinks smooth, crisp and refreshing despite its 6.8% strength.
