  • Let's Go Exploring

    Style: IPA - American

    ABV: 6    IBU: 0

Our staple IPA cleverly balances the tempered power and gentle nature of – say, an imaginary Tiger. Equally, it’s a perfect sidekick for any misadventure. The healthy quantity of oats punches up the creamy texture of the body throughout. Clean bitterness comes in right up front allowing the picture to fade over to a veritable fruit basket of hop aromas. Bold, juicy melon and crisp citrus is backed up with just enough pine to be reminiscent of the West Coast. This IPA is something you need in your life. Plain and simple.

  • Revealed Constellations

    Style: IPA - Session

    ABV: 4.4    IBU: 0

No longer reserved for summer skies in Bobcaygeon, Revealed Constellations can now be enjoyed equally any of those nights in Toronto. SMaSH feels as appropriate a descriptor for how to drink this session IPA as it does an acronym: Single Malt and Single Hop. Stripped down to a slight, and agile little recipe, with 100% Golden Promise malts, and 100% Mosaic hops, there’s an abundance of juicy tangerine right up front. Mango and light aromas of grass and pine follow tightly behind.

  • Backpacker

Style: Blonde / Golden Ale - Other

    ABV: 5.2    IBU: 0

Eastbound’s gateway beer is a beer that’s welcoming for newcomers to craft beer but still full flavoured for crafty vets. Light honey aromas blend into a clean, mild malt body that allows for just a hint of fruit flavours from the Willamette hops and yeast esters. Flavourful, crisp, and endlessly drinkable this is the kind of pantry stock that should always be at the ready.

  • Basecamp

    Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison

    ABV: 6    IBU: 0

Our flagship Belgian Saison brings a lot to the party and is an excellent food beer. Belgian saison yeast brings prominent notes of both black and white pepper, clove and a heavy dose of amazing. While the hop combination brings slight notes of the deep woods and a sense of wonderment that only adds to the spices. An amazing beer to pair with food or as a great ingredient in your favourite dishes. Those dinner guests will be impressed, we promise.

  • Electro Tonic

    Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison

    ABV: 6.1    IBU: 0

This is the story of a gin distiller who took a bicycle ride through the Belgian countryside and fell in love with the culture. He wanted to make something bold, something with a lot of flavour and representative of both backgrounds. Juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, orange peel and lemon peel bring gin inspired botanicals to a bright and spicy classic Belgian Saison. These additions create complex layers of flavour that bring the drinker something new with every sip. Perfect on a crisp Spring evening or a hot Summer’s day - Electro Tonic is the cure for what ails you. *For you insiders, this beer was formerly named Nerve Tonic. With it's impending release to the LCBO this beer had to lose some of it's sense of humour lest it be confused with a lesser medicinal product.

  • Hidden Lake Hefeweizen

    Style: Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen

    ABV: 5.7    IBU: 0

A classic approach to a German wheat beer that’s far easier to drink than it is to pronounce. Fronting gentle sweetness and bright effervescence, the yeast that this style plays namesake to becomes the star. Leaning easier on the banana than the spice and clove, Hidden Lake is a light, approachable offering. *Cue a sun drenched, open meadow spin a la Julie Andrews*.

  • Midnight Cow Tipper

Style: Stout - Milk / Sweet

    ABV: 5.2    IBU: 0

Apologies in advance for blurring the lines between breakfast and dinner, night and day, potentially shattering the very construct of time itself. Or perhaps you’ll take this all in stride. Brewed with the addition of lactose sugars - the “milk” of this stout - Midnight Cow Tipper rolls through pastures (to grab at low hanging fruit) of dark roasted coffee and toasted grains, ramping up to a sweet finish of creamy milk chocolate. Soft, velvety and far less heavy than it appears, we’re not going to question imbibing at any hour.

  • Racing the Sunset

Style: Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche

    ABV: 5.5    IBU: 21

Sharing a geographic border with our Hidden Lake, this Belgian Wit is a mild departure from tradition, making it the noisy neighbour in the wheat family. Set apart with a creamy body and peppery finish, the spice and citrus are dialed up (all while avoiding reference to any knob marked 11) with kettle additions of orange peel, coriander, and grains of paradise. Racing the Sunset is a liquid allusion to its own name.

  • Justacuppacawfee

    Style: Stout - Coffee

    ABV: 5.2    IBU: 0

Sometimes a cup of coffee can be just a cup of coffee and sometimes it’s so much more. • Full Dunkel Jacket

    Style: Wheat Beer - Dunkelweizen

    ABV: 5.5    IBU: 15

Dark roasted malt walked into a bar and met a traditional Hefeweizen on a Friday night. By the end of the weekend a beautiful friendship had blossomed...

  • Tight Knit

Style: Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche

    ABV: 5.7    IBU: 0

Part of our Winter Survival Kit, our Tight Knit Belgian Wit is a beer that brings hope for spring! A beacon that guides you through a long and dark Canadian winter that makes you wonder “When is it going to end?!” Well friends we have your answer - probably not soon enough, but here’s this great beer to drink while it’s here! • Dashboard Hula

    Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison

    ABV: 6.1    IBU: 0

Like a cool breeze on a Hawaiian beach, the taste of Hibiscus flowers & Lemongrass brings a tart, dry & refreshing diversion too thinking about all that sand in your bathing suit. Reminiscent of a dry rosé for all your summer needs.

  • Wanderer

Style: Pale Ale - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 5    IBU: 0

Wanderer is a deceptive multi-tool of a beer. Set completely apart from the rest of the wheat beers in the lineup, this American Wheat uses neutral yeast and showcases some of the most monstrous hops that North America has to offer. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial combine over a creamy body with juicy tropical fruit, grapefruit flesh, and sharp pine. With a dry finish, Wanderer is a mighty force packaged into an even keel ABV.

  • Patchwork Orange

    Style: Pumpkin / Yam Beer

    ABV: 5    IBU: 0

Set aside any associations to the coffee chain on the corner (and on the corner across from that). 100 pounds (!) of pumpkin puree dial us in to perfect aromatics, and just enough flavour to hold up to the full spice rack profile without any sticky sweetness. Ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice were added to the boil to bring this pie to the family table.

  • Stone Skipper

    Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison

    ABV: 6    IBU: 35

How could we possibly improve upon our Basecamp Saison? A massive undertaking that obviously requires the Super Nintendo/UPUPDOWNDOWN cheat code of just a little bit of Mosaic hops. Dry hopped atop our signature Belgian, the original shines through with pepper and citrus. A floral, and lightly tropical profile is introduced from the dry hop addition, leaving Stone Skipper just a little outside of the original. Because NBA Jam is just a little more fun with saxophone Bill Clinton, isn’t it?

  • Peach Emoji

    Style: Sour - Fruited Gose

    ABV: 4    IBU: 0

The fresh taste of peaches joined with our sour Gose and a touch of salt gives you that endless summer you were hoping for. Fresh peach juice was added at the tail end of fermentation and allowed to further dry out this sour. As a result, a crisp peachy feeling washes over you - not unlike Mom’s peach pie, Grandma’s peach cobbler and the feeling of chomping into a peach and having the juices run down your neck…. But we digress. Try Peach Emoji and disconnect for a while and live that perfect Summer you’ve been after, whatever time of year.

  • Fancy Walker

    Style: Belgian Dubbel

    ABV: 7.4    IBU: 0

Part of our Winter Survival Kit, our Belgian Dubbel warms you up & eases you through winter with style. Deep copper in colour with notes of molasses, brown sugar and a skip in your step. Fancy Walker will keep you feeling good all winter long and give you a sense that all this cold will one day come to an end. The perfect beer to pair with food and group gatherings. Let your glass warm a little and let the complexity of flavour fancily walk on by.

  • Belgian Handshake

    Style: IPA - Belgian

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 0

What’s with you millennials?! You want the best of everything all the time! Well this beer’s for you, those demanding types who think work/life balance is actually a thing. Belgian Handshake brings the beautiful complexity of Belgian beer and introduces it to the equally beautiful complexity of North American hops. It’s a mix of styles, culture and terroir. It’s the best of both worlds and the beer-fication (right?) of work/life balance in its finest measure. It’s a meeting of the minds and a meeting of cultures. A whole heap of Amarillo and Azacca hops bring tropical fruit that combines with Pilsner malt and Belgian abbey yeast to create this balance of beauty and awesome that appeals to all sides of the millennial fence.

  • yeah.

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.1    IBU: 0

That’s right! The name of this beer is yeah. What’s it named after? Who’s it named after? Who or what isn’t it named after?! yeah. Is a beer that needs no explanation but also begs for more all at once. It’s so simple it’s been right in front of you the whole time. yeah. is a beautifully hazy New England IPA that’s been inundated/pummeled/overwhelmed with fruity hoppy flavour. Mosaic, El Dorado, Cashmere and Galaxy hops combine forces to bring you, our lucky drinker, flavours of - stone fruit, pine and a whole glass full of awesome that will have you saying YEAH.
