We put the emphasis on the hops. This series seeks to showcase some unique or special angle associated with hops. Yep, we did it, we finally made a hazy. This New England Style IPA has the creamy, hazy body promoted by copious amounts of wheat and oats and is double dry-hopped with Idaho 7 and Ekuanot hops. The result is a juicy medley of flavours including tangerine, papaya, pithy orange, lemon-lime and pine. As you enjoy the disappearing view in your glass, you’ll be left understanding why we put the emphasis on hop haze.

We put the emphasis on the hops. This series seeks to showcase some unique or special angle associated with hops. What is decidedly different than an IPA? A deliciously delectable double IPA! With double the amount of hops and the alcohol depth to dance with and defend it, this Emphasis divvies out the hop dividends. Displaying the hops Jarrylo and Zythos (the Greek word for beer), look for distinctive citrus aromas (tangerine, orange, lemon and lime) and delicate pin and spice denotations. May this zythos define a definitive double!
