  • Uncharted IPA

    Style: IPA - American

    ABV: 7    IBU: 70

Award-winning west coast style IPA. All about hop flavour and aroma, not bitterness. The original recipe from Stone City Ales in Kingston, Ontario.

  • Lee River Blackberry Vanilla

    Style: Sour - Fruited

    ABV: 4.9    IBU: 0

The smack of blackberry tartness meets the creamy sweetness of vanilla to bring an incredibly refreshing and balanced taste. The sweet sourness of this beer makes it drink more like a rosé than an ale. Contains lactose.

  • Ships In the Night Oatmeal Stout

    Style: Stout - Oatmeal

    ABV: 5.6    IBU: 25

It hits big with notes of espresso and dark chocolate. But as it warms, this velvety smooth British oatmeal stout curiously reveals subtle notes of toasted nuts and tobacco and dried fruit. Bundle yourself against winter's thistly winds with Ships in the Night, a much-loved Stone City classic.

  • Hazy Maitland IPA

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 29

Our partner Mike grew up in the small town of Listowel, Ontario. He spent his childhood catching frogs in the trickle of a river lovingly dubbed “The Muddy Maitland”. Almost got his finger bit off by a snapping turtle once. Ahhhh, good times. Today, his beer of choice is reminiscent of the Muddy Maitland in that he likes it real hazy and dank - if you can see the bottom of the glass, it’s not hazy enough. Muddy Maitland is a tropical fruit-centric IPA with an earthy aroma and a smooth, full body flavour. Diggidy-dank! Get it in ya.

  • Yacht Rock Gose

    Style: Sour - Fruited Gose

    ABV: 4.4    IBU: 5

Often imitated, never duplicated. This is it. The original. The OG. Come sail away with Stone City's classic Yacht Rock Gose. A salted, tart-forward sour beer, this fan favourite has been seminal to the craft beer scene in Kingston since its inception. It's back by popular demand thanks to our Kingston crew who've kept the dream alive. The orange and lime is zested lovingly by hand. And its curious twang is complimented with a hit of coriander on the backend.

  • Rocky Point Lime Lager

    Style: Lager - Vienna

    ABV: 5    IBU: 18

Why should pale lagers get all the lime? Rocky Point is not what you expect from a Lime Lager: A Vienna lager brewed very traditionally with lime zest and an Ekuanot dry hop for refreshing lime aromas.

  • Painted Lake Peach Crisp Berliner Weisse

Style: Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse

  • Liberty's Farm-to-Glass Pilsner

Style: Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian

    ABV: 4.5    IBU: 37

This 100% Ontario-made, farm-to-glass beer is brewed using malt from Mississippi Mills Malting Co in Pakenham, hops from Tavistock Hops in Perth, and our own house lager yeast. We like to call it a taste of terroir - a beer made up of ingredients found close to home. In fact, if you took the same recipe and made it in another city with ingredients close to there, it would likely taste very different. It's the spirit of the original Pilsner.

  • Tortuga Pale Ale

Style: Pale Ale - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 4.7    IBU: 34

Barley, oats, and wheat create the sandy backdrop on which we drop two magical hops, with a dry hop that's almost IPA-like in its size. Allow it time to gently warm. What starts as rum and kiwis will make way to peach daiquiris and more.

  • Sittler 10 Point Lager

    Style: Lager - American Light

    ABV: 4    IBU: 10

February 7, 1976. Toronto Maple Leaf legend Darryl Sittler scores 6 goals and 4 assists in a single game, setting a record that still stands today. Almost 50 years later, Darryl has created something almost as legendary: His first beer. 10 Point Lager celebrates that epic moment and the occasions that surround it. A beer made for playing hockey, watching hockey, and for the cooler in the middle of the changeroom after a battle on the ice.

  • Frozen Horse

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 45

Winnipeg. Winter. 1926. Fire in the horse paddock of the hippodrome. The horses’ only escape is the nearby Red River where they freeze instantly. Their sculptural heads stay stuck in the ice drawing curious onlookers for the winter. The hazy details of this urban legend were curious enough to inspire our latest IPA. A spicy, piney number with the bright aroma of grapefruit. Sure to draw curious onlookers itself.

  • Lake Arenal Pineapple Cinnamon Sour

    Style: Sour - Fruited

    ABV: 5    IBU: 0

When life gives our brewmaster lemons he sells them and buys pineapple. Say Aloha to our Lake Arenal Pineapple Cinnamon Sour. Our latest fruited sour has a distinctly bright and vibrant fruity taste that is both scrumptiously sweet and tart with a tropical aroma and spicy note of cinnamon. Most of the world's pineapples are grown in Latin America with 85% of them coming from Costa Rica so we named this beer after Lake Arenal in the northern highlands of Costa Rica's pineapple growing region.

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

That’s the rainbow that emanates from a cascading waterfall. We worked with CRAFT Beer Market to help create this summer Community Brew. Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

Once in a lifetime a hop so impactful arrives that a brewery can't wait to use it in myriad ways. A two hop blend of a newcomer and an unnamed experimental, this IPA offers a gentle bitterness alongside aromas that will remind you of a Bahamian beach with a daiquiri in hand. • Something Light

    Style: Lager - American Light

    ABV: 3.5    IBU: 10

Looking for something light? You found it. Literally. Introducing the beer that will change all your preconceived notions of what a light beer can be. A humble, refreshing, crisp light lager with a curiously big citrus character.

  • Kicking Horse West Coast IPA

    Style: IPA - American

    ABV: 7    IBU: 61

2nd place winner at the 2023 OnHops Brewoff for American IPA brewed with Ontario hops. If you like an aggressively hopped beer with big, bitter flavour, strap yourself in for a ride on our Kicking Horse West Coast IPA. This old school west coast style IPA is a real horse kick to the taste buds for those craving an IPA like the first ones that hooked them on craft beers. We named it after the Kicking Horse River in BC which boasts the biggest whitewater in the Rockies. It's a super hoppy beer that lives up to its namesake as it bowls you over with a volcano of citrus and pine balanced with the grainy sweet contrast of caramel malt. All the hops in this beer are from Tavistock Hop Company in Perth Ontario, making it our second BrewOn Gold Certified beer.

  • Grand River Oktoberfestbier

    Style: Märzen

    ABV: 6.9    IBU: 21

On brew day, our friends at Tavistock Hops pluck Hallertau hops from the vine and hustle them to the brewery, ensuring they get in the boil as quickly as possible after being harvested. We use traditional German malts, but in true Oktoberfest style, we make it Oom-pah pah big. Like, 6.9% big to be exact! Prost!

  • The Avon Ale

Style: Blonde / Golden Ale - English

    ABV: 4.2    IBU: 30

Smooth and balanced, your first sip immediately presents biscuits before making way for the honeydew melon and dried strawberries you noticed in the aroma.

  • Pineapple Express Terpene IPA

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 42

This beer showcases the Pineapple Express strain of Abstrax Hops Brew Gas, botanically-derived cannabis profiles that are entirely (unfortunately?) free of THC and CBD. They, along with three hops - Strata®, BRU-1™, and Idaho 7™ - selected for their ability to match the dank pineapple of the terpenes, were supplied by our friends at Hops Connect Canada. They even helped mash-in and shovel the grain. We love those guys, man.
