Fermented with a yeast strain of Lachancea that produces the acid in this sour ale – fruited with raspberry and orange. Resulting beer is fruit-forward, dominated by berry but with a balancing streak of zesty citrus, finishing with a light to moderate acidity. Refreshing and quenching.
