IPA • 7% ABV Our flagship IPA, Shumei is a highly aromatic and hazy brew, boasting notes of ripe mangos and stone fruit, all while sporting an impressively smooth palate with hints of citrus and finishing with a perfectly refined bitterness. Utilizing the best qualities of both worlds, our hops are sourced from both east and west varietals, creating the perfect blend of East Coast and West Coast IPA styles. Often imitated but never bettered, Shumei is the first and last name in hybrid IPAs and a beer we will stake our reputation upon.

Style: Pale Ale - American

Dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Cascade, The Inner Eye is a full flavoured, easy drinking pale ale. It boasts a large bouquet of tropical fruit and citrus while keeping bitterness low to improve drinkability. The palate is soft and full, finishing medium dry to accentuate it's juicy qualities.

This "white stout” is brewed with all of the elements of a traditional stout without any roasted malts. Instead, we infuse this decadent, full bodied ale with vanilla and locally roasted coffee to provide delightful aromas of coffee and white chocolate.

We reverse-engineered the classic cola recipe of yore but removed the extra sugar and other nasty bits that seem unhealthy to quaff as an adult. This exacting recipe was fermented on sweet cherries and conditioned on a top secret cola emulsion of our design, all in a low ABV session sour experiment years in the creating. Being an adult is finally fun again, with Autopop!

We took the ingredients from one of our nostalgic go-to beers, sourced the best quality ingredients and amplified a few things to give you the experience you always wanted. The resulting ale is a full-bodied, lightly fruity, lightly malted and easily crushable brew that dunks on its inspiration.
