    The sour Norfolk County Montmorency cherries combined with the light grainy base makes for a flavour like cherry pie in a glass. Our house yeast dries it out and produces vigorous carbonation keeping your palate fresh. Easy going, fruity, and bottle conditioned. This beer is our first entry into fruited beer territory. Using locally grown sour cherries we can showcase why our area is referred to as Ontario's Garden.

    Blanche, a Belgian style wheat beer, also known as a witbier, is a refreshing and light-bodied beer that is brewed with a mix of Canadian wheat and barley. It has a citrusy and spicy aroma, thanks to the addition of orange peel, coriander and our house yeast. Blanche is a perfect choice for a hot summer day or to pair with seafood dishes. Bottle conditioned.

    Dubbel is a classic Belgian style dark ale. The rich malt and dark fruit character makes for a perfect cold season brew. Providing notes of caramel, dark sugar, date and raisin, the beer is balanced by a smooth yet bitter, dry finish. This beer is bottle conditioned with a Belgian yeast for a natural soft carbonation. Pour gently into your favourite chalice and leave the sediment in the bottle.
